Combining high output with low distortion midbass performance, PRV Audio’s 10MB1000FT 10″ professional midbass loudspeaker is an ideal option for high-powered sound reinforcement systems, stage monitors, and high SPL PROAudioOnWheels builds. 

A strong addition to the Forte Series, it focuses on increased power handling and reduced distortion in the mid to low midbass range. The 10MB1000FT is a durable 10″ midbass driver that delivers impactful punch and vocal clarity at high SPL with extended response. Optimized for compact enclosures, it’s designed to perform with authority in the low midbass region while offering smooth vocal output and usable response up to 7,000 Hz, making it a great fit for larger 2-way and 3-way systems.

To achieve superior fidelity, the special composite cone is made from non-pressed paper to minimize break-up, resulting in a smooth frequency response and low moving mass that improves speaker efficiency. 

With a high sensitivity rating of 97.5 dB 1W/1M, it’s capable of delivering substantial output. This 10″ is an excellent midbass choice for professional audio systems or high SPL car audio setups where extremely high output is needed.

The voice coil is wound on a 3″ glass fiber former with copper-clad aluminum wire, keeping weight low for fast transient response. Designed with 11 mm of winding depth, this inside/outside coil construction ensures outstanding thermal and mechanical durability.
