AZMP8 8-Zone Signal Processor with 1200 Watt Amplifier

The Atmosphere AZMP8 is a powered 1200 watt, eight zone audio processor that functions as the central hub of an Atmosphere audio control system. Its powerful DSP and advanced algorithm suite allow it to deliver customized audio solutions across a wide variety of spaces. A built in message player, virtual wall controllers, learning ambient noise sensing, Tilter Filter™, auto gain, GPIO, bell scheduler, room combine, and many additional features make the AZMP a true processing powerhouse.

The AZMP8 uses amplifier power sharing technology to maximize efficiency and prevent unnecessary system overdesign that is common with traditional amplifier power ratings. It provides a total of 1200 watts, and each output channel can be software assigned anywhere from 5 to 600 watts, allowing the system to be precisely tailored to the needs of each zone.

Engineered for full compatibility with all six Atmosphere wall plate accessories, the AZMP8 supports control, remote audio input, and ambient noise sensing. Up to sixteen plug and play accessories can be connected across four accessory ports, and a zone paging station may be added as needed. Each port reliably supports cable runs up to 1000 feet.

Programming is streamlined through a modern on board web interface that is optimized around common application workflows. Built on Progressive Web App technology, the control interface is device agnostic, highly responsive, and carefully designed to deliver an intuitive user experience without limiting customization. Built in Wi Fi provides convenient direct access for tablets and other control devices, alongside standard Ethernet connectivity.

Control modules are available for RTI, Crestron, Extron, and AMX.
