Russound’s D-Series amplifiers represent the standard for premium performance, reliability, and durability, serving as the foundation of professional audio installations worldwide. The latest generation builds on this proven legacy and is available in three powerful models: D890 with 8 channels (4 zones), D1290 with 12 channels (6 zones), and D1675 with 16 channels (8 zones).

Each model is engineered to expand audio systems into additional rooms or zones, or to provide higher output for large spaces and outdoor areas requiring greater volume.

Delivering up to 90 watts per channel on the D890 and D1290, and 75 watts per channel across 16 channels on the D1675, these amplifiers use advanced digital circuitry that allows for smaller chassis sizes than any previous Russound generation. The D890 and D1290 fit into just one rack unit, while the D1675 occupies only two.

Reducing amplifier size was a key design goal, but Russound also added more functionality than ever before. The new D-Series introduces flexible configuration options, allowing installers to tailor audio output for a wide range of applications—from traditional speaker setups to powering passive subwoofers both indoors and outdoors.

With enhanced flexibility, robust design, and exceptional sound quality, the new D-Series gives installers the tools to meet their clients’ needs while maintaining project budgets and exceeding performance expectations.
