The Audtek VC-50RS is an impressive volume control solution that meets the demands of multi-speaker stereo audio setups. If you're considering controlling multiple speakers' volume in a large room or throughout multiple rooms, this device is an excellent choice to protect your audio amplifier from potential damage caused by impedance mismatches. The chart below gives you an idea of how many speakers you are available to use for each channel. You must determine if your amp's design is for 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm speakers. Notice that 8 Ohm speakers enable you to use more whether your amp is 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm. For example, using the 8 Ohm amp Chart B, your able to hookup eight 8 Ohm speakers and four 4 Ohm speakers at the same time. Notice the picture under Chart A and B has the switch set to 4x, which is also the fourth position.
