PRV Audio’s Alto Series is carefully engineered and voiced to deliver natural, smooth sound while staying dynamic. To achieve superior fidelity, a specially designed composite cone smooths frequency response and reduces moving mass, boosting overall efficiency. Introducing the updated version of the 10W650A—now improved as the 10MR650A. 

  • New basket design decreases mounting depth from 4.33″ to 3.90″ 
  • +1dB gain in low frequency output response 
  • Improved vocal performance between 350 Hz and 4000 Hz 
  • Extended voice coil winding enhances power handling and increases Xmax to 5.72 mm

The new 10MR650A from the ALTO Series offers everything you need in a midrange pro audio loudspeaker, featuring a compact and versatile design with just 3.90” of mounting depth without compromising performance. 

This midrange performs well as a door speaker in car audio systems or as a low frequency driver in a two-way satellite speaker setup.

A popular combination with the 10MR650A in large systems is the WG2000Py SLIM Mids and Highs compression horn driver—using one horn driver for every two speakers, all tuned via our digital sound processor for seamless integration with the following settings: 

10MR650A – High Pass Filter HPF 120 Hz at BT18 Filter to Low Pass Filter LPF 2200 Hz at BT12, following the compression driver from 1000Hz all way to 17,000Hz
