X-ANS-B Atmosphere Ambient Noise Sensor, Black

The Atmosphere X-ANS is an ambient noise sensor designed for use with Ambient Noise Compensation (ANC) and Loud Noise Detection (LND) in the Atmosphere AZM. ANC automatically adjusts volume levels within a zone based on environmental noise, while LND monitors sound levels and triggers actions when noise exceeds set thresholds.

Engineered with advanced DSP algorithms, this technology enhances the installer and user experience by utilizing a patented data collection technique. Its patent-pending automatic ANC learns from user adjustments at specific noise levels, allowing the Atmosphere system to develop a unique adaptive curve for each space. This intelligent learning process creates an effortless and optimized environmental configuration.

The AZM supports up to four X-ANS sensors per zone, offering flexible coverage. For privacy-sensitive applications, the X-ANS transmits only sensor data, never audio.

Atmosphere accessories are intelligent, plug-and-play devices designed for ease of use and intuitive operation. The Atmosphere accessory bus supports up to eight devices per accessory port, efficiently transmitting audio and data over distances of up to 1,000 feet. Each accessory port can accommodate one audio input accessory.
