The TW030WA22 tweeter features a graphene-reinforced textile dome that delivers improved high-frequency extension, consistent performance, and enhanced thermal durability. The 30 mm motor design provides controlled off-axis dispersion and power response, along with high power handling and a low resonance frequency. Carefully engineered internal volumes help suppress unwanted resonances and reduce distortion, while the optimized dome geometry supports a higher frequency cutoff. A vented voice coil former reduces compression and distortion, and the use of copper-clad aluminum wire minimizes moving mass for greater efficiency and transient clarity. Additional refinements include built-in cavities under the dome and surround to equalize pressure, flexible lead wires to accommodate higher excursions, and gold-plated terminals for a corrosion-resistant, dependable connection. A pre-attached foam gasket simplifies installation and enhances cabinet sealing for consistent acoustic performance.
