The GRS SPBF-8 is a high sensitivity 8 ohm, 60W 5.25” sealed midrange with a 1” diameter voice coil and polyimide former. This midrange driver uses a durable poly cone body and foam surround. It is a dedicated midrange for 2-way and 3-way projects. The sealed frame means it does not require a separate enclosure. Use it as a replacement speaker or add to an existing system.

The GRS SPBF-8 is a 5-1/4" sealed midrange driver with low distortion characteristics and predictable performance, making this a great component for speaker designers. The sealed back frame provides isolation of the cone when installed in cabinets with larger woofers so the SPBF-8 performs consistently, regardless of what enclosure you use!
