With 100 dB sensitivity and 250 watt RMS power handling, this midrange has enough output capability to keep up with the most powerful drivers. The cast aluminum housing provides ample heat dissipation and isolated the driver for easy installation.

B&C 6NSM51-8 6" Professional Neodymium Sealed Back Midrange 8 Ohm

B&C Speakers' 6NSM51-8 6" sealed back midrange produces high efficiency midrange response from 300 to 6,000 Hz with remarkably low distortion. With a non-resonant cast aluminum rear chamber, the 6NSM51-8 can be easily installed into enclosures without the need for additional isolation. The motor system is powered by a high energy neodymium ring magnet for low weight and high efficiency. Treated with a waterproof coating, the naturally damped paper cone keeps unwanted resonances under control for smooth and accurate response, even when used in harsh conditions. B&C's NSM series dedicated narrow-bandwidth midranges offer the lowest distortion at given output of any midrange available. The 6NSM51-8 is the ideal midrange for use in high output direct radiation and front loaded horn 3-way speaker systems.
