In order to make your experience on our site easy and enjoyable, we have outlined details on how to use below. Visit our showroom in Springboro, Ohio, just minutes off I-75 in southwest Ohio. Will Call hours are 8:00 - 6:00 Monday through Friday and 9:00 - 5:00 Saturday. You may phone in your order ahead of time at 937-743-3000 to pick up approximately 30 minutes later (or just come in and browse!) We offer closeout and one-of-a-kind merchandise at bargain prices as well as our full line of quality products.


Back Orders

We make every attempt to have all products on the shelf and ready to ship. When you order an item that is not in stock, you may select from the following options during your checkout:

No Back Order – Ship what is available; remove out-of-stock items from the order.

Back Order – Ship all in-stock items. Out-of-stock items will ship when they become available with no additional shipping charges. If backordered items cannot be shipped within 60 days of the original order, the backorder will be cancelled.

  • We select the carrier for backorder shipments.
  • Backorders are not shipped on Mondays
  • All orders are submitted via the internet and downloaded within minutes to allocate inventory for you.

While we maintain deep inventory levels, items shown in stock at the time you place your order may become allocated by orders taken previous to yours. In the event we cannot fill your order in its entirety, we will:

U.S. Customers – Ship in-stock items and backorder the remainder.

International Customers – Ship in-stock items and remove out-of-stock items. Please re-order when stock arrives. You may elect to receive an email notification of stock. Simply visit the product detail page and enter your email address

Special Orders

If we do not stock the item you need, we are happy to check price and availability thru our many suppliers. Contact us at [email protected] or call 1-800-338-0531. Special orders are non-cancelable/non-returnable and may require pre-payment.


The prices listed on this website are FOB Springboro, Ohio, payable in U.S. dollars. All quantity price breaks apply per individual part number only. Sorry, no mixing for lower prices. Email [email protected] for large quantity pricing.

Mailed orders paid with a company or personal check are held 10 days for clearing of funds. Orders paid with guaranteed funds (money order, cashier's check, certified check, wire transfer) ship within 24 hours of receipt. Open Account

Phone/Mail orders only Open account status is granted to public schools, hospitals, and government offices with a hardcopy purchase order. Other applicants please click here to download and print credit application. Open account terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. Parts Express reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law on all balances not paid within the above stated terms.


If you choose the PayPal option and do not have a PayPal account, you may register at and then submit your payment to [email protected]. Once we receive confirmation of deposit from PayPal, your order will ship and a confirmation of shipment emailed. PayPal terms are available only to registered and verified PayPal buyers. Order must ship to bill-to address on file with PayPal.

Wire Transfer

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect 6.75% Ohio state sales tax when orders ship to an Ohio address. Customers with a signed tax exempt certificate on file complete with a valid reason for claiming exemption are not charged sales tax.

Shipping Charges

We provide FREE Economy Shipping on most U.S. orders over $100. We select the carrier when Free Economy Shipping is chosen. All other orders are charged actual and/or dimensional weight and destination, plus $.99 handling fee and insurance at $.80 per $100 value. Parts Express pays insurance on first $100.
Due to actual and/or dimensional weight, some orders require Truck Freight and do not qualify for Free Economy Shipping. We will notify you prior to shipping. You may advise us of your preferred carrier or we can assist you in finding the lowest rate. Terms are Freight Collect.

Change / Cancel Order

Because our order processing occurs within minutes of receiving an order, changes cannot be made to quantities, part #'s, shipping methods, or address. Please contact 1-800-338-0531 to check the status of your order and request the following options:

Void Order: If your order has not been invoiced, you may instruct us to void the order so that you can submit a new, revised order. Please allow 3-7 days for the original credit card authorization to drop off.

Refuse Shipment: If your order has shipped, you can refuse the shipment. We will process a refund once the refused shipment arrives to our facility. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is deducted from refund.

The following UPS Package Interception services are available (but not guaranteed) for orders in "Shipped" status.
UPS charges $12 (per box) Interception Fee.:

Purchase any of the quality products on this website and if for any reason you decide the part does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us in new, pristine condition within 45 days of the purchase date and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund, whichever YOU prefer.

Returns Terms and Conditions

Merchandise returns (all reasons) over $250 require a Return Authorization (RA) #. Email [email protected] or call 800-338-0531. Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the outer carton.

Refund exceptions made to this policy are for store credit only. All other refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Return all accessories, manuals/instructions, warranty cards, manufacturer packaging (including factory box, foam, fillers, and padding), hardware (grills, screws, etc.) and printed material (booklets, manuals, instructions, etc.) Fees imposed to us by our supplier to replace packaging, hardware, or printed materials are deducted from the refund amount.

Return postage-prepaid and insured via ground or parcel post. Package the product to protect it from damage in route to Parts Express. Insure the package for the value of the product. In the event the returned package is damaged in route to Parts Express due to insufficient packaging, you may file a claim with the carrier. Insufficient packaging may be cause for some carriers to deny damage claims.

Most returns processed in 3-4 business days. Please note some returns may require extended processing days for technical evaluation, peak times, etc.

Nonreturnable Products

Auditioning Your Speakers

Each speaker order includes the following instructions: To "audition" a speaker without scratching or marking it will require getting into the speaker cabinet and listening to it play without actually mounting it with screws. This can be done by tilting the cabinet back and setting the speaker in place. If the cabinet has bare wire leads, just wrap them around the solder lug connector on the back of the speaker to make the electrical connections. A friend can help hold the speaker in place while you listen to the new speaker. This is, of course, not an optimal way to listen to a speaker, but will give you the opportunity to identify major response problems or poor tonal characteristics prior to mounting.

Warranty – Defective Merchandise

Limited Warranty – All new products in the catalog, unless otherwise warranted in their description, are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from date of shipment. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this. Warranties are shown on each product detail page at

Disclaimer – There are no other express warranties. To the extent that warranties may be implied by operation of law, their duration is limited to the same length of the foregoing limited warranty.


Remedy – We will at our election, and subject to availability, either replace, repair, or exchange any product we have sold with a defect in materials or workmanship, or issue a full or pro-rated refund/store credit for the purchase price plus applicable tax, providing you return such product to us, properly packaged and shipping prepaid, with a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the defect. The foregoing shall be the exclusive remedy for defective or nonconforming merchandise.

Some products are warranted thru the manufacturer and may require return shipment, postage paid, directly to the manufacturer. See detailed warranty instructions for each product on the product page at our website. If the product is returned to Parts Express, contact our Technical Support Team at 800-338-0531 to obtain a required RA#.

All defective returns are evaluated upon receipt. We do not refund products deemed defective as a result of mishandling or misuse.

Shipment Damage/Error

Inspect your shipment thoroughly upon delivery and report any damage or errors within 5 days of receipt of package.
