Overview
Sony's 1-529-483-11 3" full-range shielded speaker has a common sized frame making it perfect for replacing blown or damaged drivers in a variety of electronics. The untreated paper cone and cloth surround will deliver smooth response, and the large diameter flat spider allow plenty of mechanical excursion capability to avoid catastrophic damage. For improved high frequency response on and off-axis the dust cap in attached directly to the voice coil former. With a magnetically shielded motor, this driver can even be used near sensitive electronic components with causing any interference. For connection, a 15" pigtail with connector is pre-attached to the terminals making it easy to connect this driver to your power source.
