USB-C PD and USB-A QC3.0 Dual Lighter Socket Replacement

Some vehicles have USB charging sockets that are 1A or less and won't charge your smartphone when playing music or using a GPS app. This Dual USB socket replaces these sockets, with little modification, and gives you one QC 3.0 USB-A port and one PD 3.0 USB-C port for super-fast charging. Newer smartphones and tablets communicate with these new USB ports to determine what voltage your device handles to charge at its fastest rate. It won’t harm older devices that still charge at 5 VDC.

Replace the current lighter/accessory socket or add USB sockets to a vehicle without a 12 VDC accessory port. This eliminates having to carry around a 12 VDC to 5VDC adapter or portable charging source. You just need a 1-1/8" hole to mount the dual USB socket into any type of vehicle. The included rubber cover keeps dust and moisture out.
