Talent Sound & Lighting's LP12LED fixture is operable as a stand-alone device that runs on pre-programmed routines or sound activation, in master/slave mode with other Talent fixtures, or via a user-supplied external DMX controller. 12 high powered LEDs (4 red, 4 green, 4 blue) put a powerful burst of light right where you need it, in up to 63 different color variations.
It is also possible to link as many as sixteen LP12LED fixtures and operate them without a controller. In Master/Slave mode, the first fixture will control the others to give an automatic or sound activated synchronized light show. This function is good for when you want an instant performance. The first, or master, fixture's DMX input will have nothing connected to it. Its output connects to the remaining fixtures. Set the first fixture to the automated program you like, and the rest will follow. For a more customized-looking show, simply set the first LP12LED to sound activation mode and let music control your entire show automatically.
The LP12LED's active components are housed in a compact, all-metal enclosure that features a single yoke for hanging the fixture. An AC power input cable is attached for convenience, and on-fixture programming is accomplished via a simple series of DIP switches. Male and female 3-pin XLR connectors are furnished for DMX data input and loop-through.
