Peerless by Tymphany NE180W-08 6-1/2" Fiber Cone Woofer Speaker

The Tymphany NE180W-08 6-1/2" Neodymium Woofer is characterized by the NE Series' cast aluminum basket; an innovative sculpted, open design that minimizes internal acoustic reflections and assists the neodymium motor's thermal management.

A coated natural wood fiber cone with a butyl rubber surround is FEA optimized for linearity of performance. Finite element analysis techniques also contribute to inclusion of the motor's copper cap, which reduces inductance and extends the speaker's upper frequency performance.
