PRV Audio 15W1600 15" High Power PA Woofer 8 Ohm

PRV Audio's 15W1600 15" professional audio woofer is designed for high-end performance, in both PA and high SPL mobile audio systems. From the dual spider suspension mounted on a cast aluminum frame, 4" diameter voice coil with Kapton® former and an impressive 7.6 mm of Xmax, to the forced air ventilation system that keeps the motor cool even during massive power spikes, the 15W1600 was designed to compete against cost-no-object 15" woofers, and even subwoofers, well outside of its price point.

A non-pressed ribbed pulp cone offers a natural classic tone found in most high-end PA speaker cabinets, making the 15W1600 driver an ideal replacement woofer or subwoofer in both ported and sealed speakers. A special compound is incorporated into the the woven cotton surround to resist against wear for years of use. Spring-loaded speaker terminals make quick connection a breeze.
