LaVoce DN10.17 1" Neodymium Compression Driver 8 Ohm

The LaVoce DN10.17 horn driver's diaphragm is crafted from a high temperature polymer. To reduce heat and distortion, the suspension has specially designed venting. The driver features an FEM optimized motor, phase plug, and diaphragm for optimal performance.

The LaVoce DN10.17 neodymium motor assembly effectively concentrates flux in the gap, and highest motor strength efficiency is achieved through the use of FEM (Finite Element Modeling). A voice coil manufactured with edgewound flat CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminum Wire) and wound on a fiberglass former assures great stability and thermal resistance. This driver utilizes a standard 4-bolt mounting method.
