DS18's G6.9Xi 9 6" x 9" 3-way coaxial speaker pair combines a paper cone woofer and dual Mylar tweeters for natural full-range response with low distortion. A naturally damped paper cone woofer minimizes unwanted resonances to deliver powerful low frequency response and high impact midbass. The durable rubber surround is securely stitched to cone to ensure a reliable bond even when exposed to high excursion in the extreme automotive environment. High frequencies are handled by 1-1/8" and 3/4" balanced drive Mylar tweeters that offers high efficiency, accuracy, and wide dispersion. With good efficiency and capable of handling up to 60 watts RMS the GEN-X6.9 will produce impressive output even when driven with modest power.
