ButtKicker BK-GR2 Gaming Chair Transducer KitButtKicker's all-in-one BK-GR2 Gamer2 transducer kit includes everything you need to add the fourth dimension of audio, that you've been missing from your music, movies, and video games. Based on the award winning BK-LFE LFE (low frequency effect) ButtKicker transducer, the BK-GR2 uses a scaled-down version of ButtKicker's patented, magnetically suspended piston design to reproduce infrasonic effects, such as gunshots, engine noise, rocket launches, and explosions. Additionally, the BK-GR2 has the ability to replace your subwoofer in applications where you want your bass without distracting others.
The BK-GR2 is easily integrated onto your office or computer chair using an innovative, integrated clamp-on mount that takes about a minute to install on your chair's center column. Included with this kit is a 13-1/2 ft. break-away speaker cable that is terminated on one end with a quick release connector that connects to the transducer, and disengages to prevent tripping and cable damage due to chair spinning. At the opposite end of the cable are dual banana plugs for secure amplifier connection. A cable strain relief is included, as-is two sections of hook-and-loop material to keep the cable captive to your chair.
Power is handled by the included Class D BKA-130-C amplifier that supplies 90 watts into 2 ohms without the need for a fan. Other features of this amplifier include: a variable 40 to 160 Hz low pass filter, 5-way binding post terminals, a 25 Hz switchable rumble filter, stereo RCA input, a vertical stand, as well as a wired remote control to adjust the amplifier gain as you use the Gamer2.
ButtKicker has included the cables you need for maximum system connectivity: a dual male to single female RCA Y-adapter, a 3.5 mm Y-adapter, a 5 ft. male-to-female RCA patch cable, and a 5 ft. stereo 3.5 mm male to stereo RCA adapter cable.
Note: ButtKicker transducers are able to operate at any angle. For the best possible output, with the lowest possible distortion, it is recommended that ButtKicker transducers be mounted in their vertical, upright position. The included amplifier is designed to be used with 120 VAC power systems only. Ground loops can occur if this amplifier is connected to an ungrounded source. If you experience a ground loop, please use the groud loop isolator in the Related Items section.
