The 12BG76 12" professional woofer from B&C Speakers uses a neodymium motor to keep weight to a minimum while still having the capability to provide powerful bass response. With an aluminum shorting ring and dual spider design this driver will deliver low distortion output even when driver to its limits. With high excursion capability and good efficiency the 12BG76 is ideal for use in compact portable subwoofers and high output 2-way systems capable of impressive bass response.

B&C 12BG76 12" 1000W Neodymium Subwoofer

For high output portable subwoofer designs the 12BG76 12" professional woofer from B&C Speakers is a great choice. With excellent response to over 1,000 Hz, this driver is also suitable for use in high output 2-way designs that are capable of excellent low frequency response. An FEA optimized neodymium motor assembly makes the 12BG76 weight only 11 pounds without sacrificing efficiency or overall output ability. For high power handling and low power compression the 3" copper voice coil is wound on a heat resistant fiberglass former and is kept cool by the ample venting through the frame and motor assembly. With dual silicone spiders and a half roll rubber surround allows outstanding excursion capability and keeps the cone linear even when driven to its limits. The rigid paper cone is treated with a waterproof coating making the 12BG76 ideal for use in outdoor installations where conditions are less that optimal.
