Aurasound NS2x3-184-4A 2" x 3" Extended Range Driver 4 Ohm

The Aurasound NS2x3-184-4A 2" x 3" full-range driver is packed with next-gen speaker technology. An NRT™ neodymium radial magnet motor submerses the 18.4 mm, underhung voice coil in magnetic flux for supreme control, low distortion, high output (for its size), and wide frequency range without stray magnetic fields that could potentially damage sensitive electronics, while the extreme venting provided by a capless pole piece evacuates air that would otherwise be compressed (in a driver this size).

A paper cone is mated to a rubber impregnated cloth surround to reduce cone breakup, for an extremely linear frequency response from 200 to 20,000 Hz. The low, 220 Hz free air resonance allows for low crossover points, meaning you can pair the NS2x3-164-4A with nearly any woofer up to 5 feet away (2-1/2 ft. is the recommended maximum) seamlessly.
