Payment is due after we complete your speaker repair order. Once payment is received we will professionally pack and ship your speakers back to you. Typical speaker repair orders take 3-7 business days after receipt of your speakers. If the parts required are not in our inventory, your repair order may take extra time to acquire the needed parts.
Parts Express can not stress enough that you take the utmost care in packing your speakers when sending them in for repair. Please follow these minimum guidelines:
Carefully remove your speakers from their enclosures if you have not done this already. We will not accept any boxed or enclosed speakers for repair without approval. "Additional fees will be applied."
Remove any wires, screws and any other non-essential material from your speakers.
Tape a sturdy piece of cardboard over the front of your speaker for protection.
Wrap the speaker in bubble wrap with at least 4 inches surrounding all parts of the speaker. DO NOT USE foam peanuts as this will not secure your speaker well enough to ensure a safe delivery to us.
Place the speaker in a very sturdy box using more bubble wrap or packing paper to secure your speaker during transit.
Include the Parts Express Speaker Repair Center order form in your shipping box.
Tape the supplied Parts Express Speaker Repair Center address label on the outside of the box so the correct address visible. If the label is not used you must legibly write the speaker repair address on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship your speaker using any trusted shipper such as FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. Shipping insurance is recommended based on your speaker's value.
