Visaton FRS8-8 3.3" Full-Range Speaker 8 Ohm
What would be the smallest internal box volume for F3 at about 150Hz? What F3 can I expect if I place this driver in an internal volume of 0.05 cubic foot? Thanks for your help,
The F3 in 0.06 cubic feet is about 111 Hz, dropping this to 0.05 will hardly change anything in terms of F3, so this should reach 150 Hz without a problem in that volume.

What size port/vent is recommended as optimal (.2 cu ft/ F3 68 Hz)? I would like to use these as a small (and inexpensive)office set up with the Kinter MA 600 as an amp/tuner.
A 1" diameter, 1/2" long vent will work well for these figures. If you are using 1/2" thick material for the box, a simply 1" diameter hole is all you need.

What is the proper method to mount these drivers on the rear side of a baffle?
These are intended to be mounted from the front, but if you cut the hole to the exact outside diameter of the small cardboard gasket it should mount fine from the rear. You may need to add some caulking in order to provide an air tight seal.

What are the distances in inches between mounting holes?
The mounting hols are on an 84mm (3.3") circle.

smallest sealed enclosure for surround satellites
what is a good sealed size to use these drivers in surround satelites?
A 5" external cube will work perfectly for a sealed design for this driver.
