Hi, may I know if you have the cover selling separately?
Unfortunately no, the small cover on these is not available separately.

Where is this speaker in its product life? I would like to spec it in a new design but want to make sure it will not go obsolete in the near future.
We have sold this driver for several years. It is not common for Vifa to discontinue products regularly.

Is there a way that I could get these tweets to play clearly down close to their Fs at 777 hz? I would prefer not to have to use a fancy crossover so I was thinking just low power with a 47uf cap? would this work and how much power would i be able to use?
Unfortunately there is no safe way to cross these anywhere near that low. If you are wanting to use only a cap, I would not recommend crossing them any lower than 4kHz.

Hi Please can I use this tweeter to replace 2 bad ones in a pair of JBL L890 Nominal Impedance 8 ohms Frequency Response 28Hz–40kHz (±3dB) Sensitivity 91dB (2.83V@1meter) Crossover Frequencies 700Hz,5kH,20kH 1" DC Resistance 3.3 ohms Thank
Unfortunately we do not have a tweeter that will work as a replacement for these speakers since they are proprietary. You will have to contact JBL directly for replacements.

Is a cutout hole of 2 1/4" too big too use?
The Jasper circle cutting jig has a smallest diameter of 2 1/4" would it still work?
The screw holes are on center at 2-1/16" so 2-1/4" would be pushing it. 2" would be ideal.

Ring at fs?
I have the xt25g30 and it rings at fs caused by an impedance peak unless used with a crossover to rid it of that problem. Does this tweeter have that same kind of problem?
This tweeter does not have a similar problem.
