Vifa D19TD-05 3/4" Poly Dome Tweeter
I have a pair of Paradigm Titans, Version 1(early 1990's). One of the tweeters needs replacing. It is a Vifa D19TD-27 and looks identical to the Vifa D19TD-05, is it the same thing? Can't seem to find any info on the D19TD-27?
Would I use a non inductive or low inductive wire wound 4 ohm resistor (difference?) and would the amplifier see it as an 8 ohm load with no negative effects ?
I want to use 2 of these in each speaker cabinet and still have an 8 ohm load to the amplifier. How do I do it? Do they come in 4 or 16 ohm versions?
You need 4 speakers to wire them series parallel and keep the 8 ohm load. A 4 or 16 ohm version is not available. You could also add a 4 Ohm wire wound resistor in series with 2 paralleled speakers to "simulate" an 8 ohm load.

Need replacement tweeters & crossovers for 1977 era RTR G-200 towers. Have replaced the Phillips dome tweeters multiple times and now they are shorting out. Outside diameter is 3 5/8 ", any recommendations?

Has anyone used these in DCM Time Window 1a speakers? What was the result?
These are a very popular replacement for Time Window speakers. I cannot however comment on the resulting sound, or possible modifications that were required for fitting.

I have a three way 12" ported speaker setup with the other speakers 8ohm. How do I bring these tweeters in line as they are 6ohm? What do I need in addition to ordering these? Thank you kindly in advance.
