Tymphany D19TD-05 3/4" Poly Dome Tweeter
Can this tweeter work with the Dayton 3.5K crossover? or should I use the 4.5K crossover?
You would be safer if you went to 4k or higher. The bottom end response of this tweeter is 3500Hz

I want to use 2 of these in each speaker cabinet and still have an 8 ohm load to the amplifier. How do I do it? Do they come in 4 or 16 ohm versions?
You need 4 speakers to wire them series parallel and keep the 8 ohm load. A 4 or 16 ohm version is not available. You could also add a 4 Ohm wire wound resistor in series with 2 paralleled speakers to "simulate" an 8 ohm load.

Has anyone used these in DCM Time Window 1a speakers? What was the result?
These are a very popular replacement for Time Window speakers. I cannot however comment on the resulting sound, or possible modifications that were required for fitting.
