Tinnit Tin Plate
Tinnit Tin Plate is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from yep, that's what it is.I've used this before, but the instructions that came with this were much better. Very complete. Brass plated with tin is MUCH easier to solder. You can use the rosin core instead of the acid core.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does an excellent plating job.Tinnit does an excellent job of putting a tin coating on my circuit boards. It's inexpensive, too, but there are a couple of things to remember: 1. It must be heated to "hot water" temperature - 130F - to disolve and work properly. I pour the solution into a plastic tray and heat it in the microwave for about 90-120 seconds, and 2. it has a definite shelf life of just a couple of months. After that, it does absolutely nothing to the PCB no matter how hot you get it - that's why I always keep extra packages of Tinnit around. Also, make sure your PCB is spotlessly clean before doing the plating.
