| As this was the first purchase that I made through Parts Express, I must admit that my experience with your customer service team has settled all my doubts. There are very-few parts distributors that offer the same level of consistency and reliability.
Most large-scale distributors offer "little-to-no" concern with keeping any one-solitary customer satisfied once a sale is made. You've refreshed my memory and renewed my pride, by offering me the same level of personal care that I remember finding so common in American businesses decades ago.
