There are a lot of companies that could learn a great deal on how to treat their customers from Parts Express(PE). I have been a customer since 1987 and my experiences have been nothing but superb! I have only experienced one mistake in over 20 years. That is amazing! Kudos to all involved! Keep up the fantastic work.
