Speaker Grill Cloth Fabric Burgundy/Beige Stripe Yard 36"
I've FINALLY created my grill frames, which are thin pine board. I'm afraid stapling may crack the pine. Has anyone had any experience using hot glue with this particular material? It's so open and porous that I wonder whether it will stick well.
This should work very well with hot glue as long as you give it sufficient time to set. The glue will bleed through the seems and once set, it will act almost like rivets holding the cloth down.

It looks like I will need 38" to cover the width of my solid states grills. I see it comes 36" wide. Do you think I can get enough stretch out of the material to make up for the 2 inches needed to fit?
Unfortunately this material does not stretch so this will not be possible. You would have to order two yards of the material in order for it to fit properly.

How to remove wrinkles
How have others had issues with severe wrinkles in the fabric? If so, how did you remove them since it is like a vinyl/plastic?
