Shopping
While browsing our website, you have access to our full catalog of products. In order to purchase products, simply click the
“Add to Cart” button to place the item in your virtual shopping cart. You can review and modify your order at any time by
clicking the orange Cart button at the top right of every page on our website. Here you can review your order, make
modifications, get a shipping estimate and check-out through our secure payment system.
Security
We are committed to your safety, and the safety of your information online. When you place an order your Credit Card
information is encrypted with secure sever software (SSL) before we receive it, in order to prohibit unauthorized access and
keep you safe. Parts Express is compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, scanned daily for hacker
vulnerabilities and uses a Merchant Gateway to verify and charge credit cards. We do not store your credit card information.
We pledge to keep any personal information you provide us private. We do not rent, sell, or otherwise disseminate your

Express Ordering
Each product we sell is given a specific numeric code, which we refer to as the Parts Express Part Number. The cart has an
Express Ordering field at the top of the page, where you can type a specific part number and the quantity you’d like to
purchase. This allows you to add the product to your shopping cart without having to search the website. To add another
product, simply repeat the process with another part number. Once you are ready to place your order, simply click “Begin
Secure Checkout.”
Searching the Site
The top of every page features a search box for finding products. You can enter keywords or part numbers in to the search
box and click “Search” to browse products that match your terms. The keyword search will attempt to find matches between
every word you enter and product names, as well as the full descriptions of products. Entering more search terms will narrow
the search results. Searching for a part number will take you directly to the product detail page. If your search does not
match any products directly, the site will provide you with a list of results that match your keywords as closely as possible.
Browse Departments
Parts-Express.com is separated in to 9 main departments, which are displayed across the top of every page. You can narrow
down results to the types of products that interest you by hovering over the department name with your mouse to display the categories within a selected department. Click on any category to view descriptions, brands, and images. If you have any
questions about a department, we have included a Questions & Answers section, where other customers and Parts Express
employees can view your question and respond with their answers.
Brand Name Search
To shop a specific brand use our “Shop By Brand” search, which is located at the top of every page, below the department
listing. The “Shop By Brand” page organizes brand names alphabetically. To see a specific brand, click the letter along the top
that corresponds with the first letter of the brand name. You may also use the search box to find a brand and its’ products.
E-mail Flyer Signup
To keep up to date with our latest products and promotions, you can subscribe to the Parts Express "Get Deals" Email Sales
Flyer. It is easy to sign up. Just provide your e-mail address; every message you receive will include a link that allows you to unsubscribe should you decide you no longer want to receive updates from us. We do not sell, rent or distribute customer
e-mail addresses. Our e-mail flyers often include information on new products, ongoing sales, contests and giveaways,
technical tips, industry news and upcoming events at Parts Express.
Print Catalog
We publish a print catalog annually and mail it to all active U.S. and U.S. Territory customers. You may also add a catalog to
any online order. Simply type part # “catalog” and we will include it in your order with no additional shipping charges. Or
order your 336 page full-color catalog to arrive by mail.
International destinations, please add our free catalog to your order and we will include it in your order with no additional
shipping charges. Or, email customerservice@parts-express.com to request a free copy. Provide payment of $6 USD for
postage, which is refundable to you via a $6 coupon, included with your catalog, toward your first purchase.
Our catalog represents our product offering and pricing at the time of print. We regularly add new items to our inventory so
please visit our site for current price and availability.

Printable Forms
If you’d like to fax or mail in an order, apply for wholesale status, tax exemptions, credit accounts, or company check
approval, download and print the necessary forms.
"Tech Talk" Discussion Board
We are proud to host the Tech Talk forum for our customers. Audiophiles from across the country use this board to discuss
projects, technical issues and other topics centered around electronics. Over the years, Tech Talk has become a valuable
resource for speaker builders. There is also a search function which allows you to see if your issues have previously been
