Selenium D408Ti 2" Titanium Horn Driver 4-Bolt
What's the difference between the D408Ti and the D4400Ti. Which will perform better with live music performances.
These drivers are very similar with only small differences. The 4400 has a flat edge wound voice coil which will help with overall distortion and sensitivity but does require a higher crossover point and offers slightly less power handling. The audible differences will probably be negligible, unfortunately I have not heard these side by side for any kind of comparison.

can you cross at 500hz and will multiple driver work well?
The minimum recommended crossover point for this driver is 800 Hz with a 12 db per octave filter. Multiple drivers can work if the horn dispersion is suited to them blending together.
