from AdequateThese are as well made as you'd expect for some $35 stands, but I was slightly miffed with the bottom-mount adapter plates.I bought these for some Polk RM75's which are bottom tripod-mount. The adapter that allows for bottom mounting is not slotted wide enough to accept the hardware necessary to mount the speaker, which I understand is a standardized size. Without the correct tools to open them up I had to use the 90° brackets and get a little clever with the Polk supplied wall mount brackets. Not ideal but it doesn't look too bad and I can always visit Dad to use his tools and do it right.Tip: feed the wire through from opening at the top because it's a pain to get it to come out that same hole if you feed the wire from the bottom.Assembling / figuring out / mounting all 4 speakers took me about 45 minutes.Oh and for hardwood floors they only supply some extremely thin felt pads for the feet. I would not recommend these stands for hardwood floors.

from goodthe opening for running speaker wire inside the stand is small, so it's hard to use with better wire. The curve in the stand is nice, but beware for larger speakers: they might not fit. Excellent set of hardware comes with it - really covers every possible setup you might want to use.
