Return A Product
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, feel free to return it in new, pristine condition for a full merchandise refund within 45 days of your purchase.
How to Make a Return
1. Simply include a copy of your packing slip or invoice (click on “View Order History” to select the applicable invoice) with your return and provide us the following information:
- Part #/quantity being returned.
- Reason for return. If your product is defective, please call our Technical Support Team to obtain a Return Authorization # at 800-338-0531.
- Custom cut cable/wire, carpet, grill cloth, and tubing (samples are available upon request in order to evaluate for proper application. Shipping charges apply.)
- Let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.
- Daytime phone # for which we can contact you in the event further information is needed to complete your refund/exchange.
