Replacement Woofer for 15" Realistic Mach One 8 Ohm
What mods if any are needed to use thes in mach 2 boxes?
Other than possible cutout modifications, the best thing you could do is seal the port in the Mach II boxes for better results with this woofer.

What is the weight of the magnet?
Magnet weight is not a specification that the manufacturer provides on this woofer. It is likely 30-40 oz.

Wich Class-D Audio Amplifier Board to drive my Mach One?
Hello I just bought 2 replacement woofer here for my mach one, while browsing parts express, I found out about those amplifier board. Wich model should I buy to drive my speakers, and can you tell me wich power supply to buy at the same time, volume knob etc, etc. By the way I will probably modify my woofer in 4 ohms instead of 8. Thank you for your time, have a nice day.
I would recommend the 2x100 watt board and the items below to go with it.

Why such a superior F3 performance in vented alignment when EBP says 'Use sealed"?
Given that the EBP is at 39.42 well within the sealed parameters, why does this driver perform so well in a vented alignment with an F3 so low? Is something "lost" when this driver is used vented rather than sealed, the enclosure size is still very doable?
You can certainly use this in a vented enclosure although to achieve that F3 the volume would have to be around 24 cubic feet.

what is the best way to wire two of the mach one replacements in one cabnet
i am building a custom set of speakers.two 15 inch and two selenium horns in each.i have four 8ohm and four 4ohm mach one replacments.not sure which ones to use.and wire in series or parrallel? power will be from sansui g9000 reciver@160watt per channel.dayton 3 way xover and Lpads also. thanks for any help
This driver is rated 8ohm, so you could wire it either way, parallel or series. I'd go for parallel myself. 4ohm load then, draws max power and increases efficiency by 6db.

What kind of surounds do these woofers have? Foam or rubber?
its still a foam outer rim all tho its a much more durable foam that they are making it with than the one from the 70s and 80s were made with . Realistic was a brand made for radio shack not a high dallier speaker but in the right box and amp you can get some good bass out of thes . What i would do is get the spks on your box and see if a Goldwood GW-15PC-75-8 would work i will cost a little more but it will pay off if not the realistic is still a good sub for the money but it would be my 2ed pic
