Pyramid WX65X 6-1/2" White Poly Woofer
I am lookinng at this speaker for a cheap outdoor speaker build. what would be a good tweeter to go with this and crossover pt? also what type of box would be best sealed ported etc and dimens?
A good tweeter for an outdoor application would be the Vifa poly dome below. I would recommend a sealed box and a crossover at 3,500 Hz or higher.http://www.parts-express.com/vifa-d19td-05-3-4-poly-dome-tweeter--264-500

Can I put these in 99 frontier
The guide that I have only shows the speaker size in the stock locations. In this case it is a 6-1/2" speaker, although I cannot guarantee there will be no screw hole or mounting hole modifications required to fit this Pyramid.

Low power applications
Considering that this driver is rated for 150 watts RMS, would the sound quality be terible or would the volume be low in a 22 watt RMS application?
150 RMS can be deceiving. The more power you have, the more headroom you have. This speaker is rated to put out 87db with 1watt at 1 meter (39"). To double that, which is 3db, or 90db output, you need 10 watts. And so forth and so on. So your 22 watt amp would be fine for normal listening, near field listening. If you push it you will hear distortion. If you clip the amp, the voice coils may overheat and damage the driver. Used within your amps limits - they should sound fine.
