What would be the best way to get close to 8 ohms in a six-spkr configuration . So as not to have to re-do x-over in two way system at 1200hz. I'm thinking 3 in series paralleled to the other three. That would be 12 +/-.
If you can get away with a 6 ohm load you can wire two sets of three in parallel, then wire the two sets together in series for a ~5.3 ohm load. If you need 8 ohms or higher, you will have to wire two sets in series and then together in parallel for a 12 ohm load.

From my previous question. If i wanted to use two ports instead of one what size ports should i use? Original port length and height was 6 inches and 3 inches. Tuning frequency 67hz.
Two 2" diameter, 2" long ports will provide the same tuning frequency.

What would the recommended port length/diameter be when two speakers would be placed in a Trapezoidal Prism (Front height 7 inches, rear height 4 inches, side length 12 inches, width 24 inches) Material thickness 3/4 inch.
I would recommend a port diameter of 3" and a length of 6" which will tune the enclosure to 67 Hz.

What material is the voice coil made out of? Your description states aluminum in the Overview section and Kapton in the Highlight section. So which one is it?
Kapton / polyimide voice coil.

Any idea on output sensitivity after wiring 4 in series/parallel at 8 ohms? Looking for db/SPL level...
You will gain a total of 6 dB sensitivity with four of these wired series/parallel.
