Now i got 2x 1000 watts amplifiers is it possible for me to hook 2 of these up with either one or both amps? Without blowing them of course
There is never a guarantee that you will not blow up a woofer with any amplifier, although 1000 watts is plenty for this woofer.

what is the Xmax, frequency response, an power handling when used for home use and a box to reach 20-40Hz?
Unfortunately the manufacturer does not specify Xmax or frequency range on this driver. With a high Qts of 0.7 this will really only perform well in a sealed enclosure and in a home environment probably not play much lower than 35 Hz.

Would this be good with a bass header for a bass guitar rig?
with a kustem headers with 200 watts
While it may work, I wouldn't recommend it offhand. I'd tend to suggest something designed more for pro audio applications. You should also be aware of the impedance requirements for your amplifier. If the amp is rated for an 8 ohm load, you don't want to use a 4 ohm speaker. Eminence makes some very nice bass guitar speakers, I've referenced a couple below for your convenience.
