Any chance this tweeter is suitable for outdoor use (rain/snow)? If not can you recommend one that would be appropriate for an outdoor application?
No, the only horn drivers we carry rated as weather resistant would be for PA use such as part # 300-130, 300-140 or 300-152.

The overall diameter of this driver is 3-1/2", depth including throat is 2-1/2", depth without throat is 1-3/4".

What are the electrical specifications for this driver? Was not able to find on the Pyle website either.

will this driver fit horn in sp5 peavey
As long as the horn uses a standard 1-3/8" 18 TPI mount, this will work fine.

Yes either of these crossovers will work well with this driver.

No, to my knowledge, Pyle does not release diaphragms for any of their horn drivers as a separate item.
