Pyle PDPC82 8" Enclosed Ceiling Speaker Pair

Will these speakers produce a better bass response than your Dayton 6 1/2" enclosed ceiling speakers. I want to use them as surrounds in a home theatre set up.

Asked by: chuckroast
"Better" bass is subjective unfortunately. A standard open back in-ceiling speaker will have a smooth bass response that might seem a bit mild if you are using to turning up the bass knob. The enclosures these are mounted in will provide a bump in the bass response, a bit of a natural bass boost. These will probably give you the perception of more bass, but whether that is better is up to you.

Will these speakers work good in a Dolby Atmos setup?

Asked by: Rick34
Yes these will work fine for that application.
