PRV Audio 6MB200-4 6-1/2" Midbass Woofer 4 Ohm
will the speaker fit into door of my 2001 Chevy Silverado truck
I just got 2 PRV Audio 6MB200-4 6-1/2" Midbass Woofer 4 Ohm and you suggested using a 20 Ohm resistor / What wattage rating should I use?
Depends on what the resistor will be used for. Usually a resistor is not used on a woofer except in a zobel or notch circuit. If the resistor is being used for a piezo tweeter, a 20 watt, 20 ohm is usually recommended.

Would this speaker be a good match for the gold wood gt 520 tweeter?
They will well together, this tweeter has a good sensitivity that will work with the woofer output

What length and diameter port would be best in a .51cubic ft cabinet? Thx.
I would recommend a port that is 2-1/2" in diameter and 2" long for a tuning frequency of 77 Hz.

Am I wrong in saying that these don't go low enough in car applications? Seems like it would need to go down to at least 80hz to cross well with a sub.
These are popular in systems where output is the primary focus and they will cross them between 150 and 200 HZ. A lot of these will even use a 8 or 10 inch in between the mids and subs, crossing the subs between 40 and 60 Hz.
