Product Details

PRV Audio 1DF750/1000 Subwoofer Crossover 150 Hz

The PRV Audio 1DF750/1000 subwoofer crossover was originally designed to be used as a replacement crossover for passive (unpowered) subwoofer cabinets. A 150 Hz crossover point, 12 dB/octave filter slope was chosen to integrate with nearly any two-way speaker system.

For safe, secure, and quick amplifier connection, PRV Audio built the 1DF750/1000 crossover with a 4-pole speakON-compatible input jack and output pass-through (for daisy-chaining multiple speakers together). High quality components are used throughout for longevity and great sound.

Note: Each connector is wired 1+ to 2+ and 1- to 2-. Please consult your amplifier manual to see if this affects amplifier operation prior to connecting 4-pole speakON-compatible speaker cables. 2-pole speakON-compatible speaker cables are not affected.

Specifications: • Power handling: 1,000W RMS • Crossover point: 150 Hz (when connected to 8 ohm drivers), 12 dB/octave • Input/output connections: 4-pole speakON-compatible (see note above) • Overall dimensions: 5.2" W x 7.1" H x 4" D, Cutout: 3.9" W x 5.9" H.

I'm running a crown xls 2000 amp with high pass filter at 50hz.  That is the lowest I can go. I was wondering since its for subwoofer will it work. I would like for it to be at 30hz but have no idea how to do it with out an active cross over.

Asked by: Mikido
Yes this should work fine for a subwoofer even with a 50 Hz HPF.

can you confirm if IN is on the left side and OUT on the right since it is not labled

Asked by: Mikido
The two Speakon connectors are paralleled so it does not matter which is in or out.

does this xover have a highpass filter on it? I know that below 30hz the speaker may bottom out. Its a feature that is very crucial.

Asked by: Mikido
Passive subwoofer crossovers almost never have high pass filters on them. This is something that will be built into the amplifiers themselves.

Is the pass through full range?

Asked by: dasvox
It is a direct pass through of the input.
