Eminence Beta-15A 15" Driver
I bought this driver to replace an OEM driver in a SoundTech PA speaker cabinet. This driver outperforms the OEM driver, no question. It seems to be better matched for the cabinet than the OEM, factory driver! If the T/S parameters match your cab and you're on a low budget, get this driver!

Goldwood GW-1558 15" Pro Woofer
Built two three way cabs, using these drivers.
They came out sounding incredible. I've used them in a 90,000 sq.ft. building. Shook the rafters, but still put out better than average quality sound. We had keyboard, drumkit and a couple other mics hooked up to my mixer amp (dual 400 watt stereo, Behringer) outputting to these and two other cabs I built using the 12" counterpart of these drivers (wired for 4ohms). Lots of percussion and basey synth. The Goldwood drivers took it fine. I'm impressed ;) Going to get one more of these and try my hand at building an active subwoofer with it.

Peavey Scorpion SP-15825 15" Woofer
The Scorpion was used was used in the TKO and TNT Peavey bass amps back in the day. The specs are outstanding, giving their bass amps the sound of a 200 watt combo even though they were actually rated to produce about 75-80 watts. You've gotta hear this. I'm sure that when you do you'll say "WOW"!

Selenium 15PW3-SLF 15" Driver
I use a pair of these for my Open Baffle speakers. The .61 Qts is close to ideal for open baffle bass. Very clean.
This driver sounds very musical all on its own, but of course you'll use a mid or tweeter with it. Use 2 per side for really great bass!

Eminence Kappa Pro-15A 15" Cast Frame Driver
Have used JBL, Gauss, Altec through the years and this has the best tonal qualities of all of them. I'm running 1000 watts through 2 of them and my bass has crystal-clear highs and Ampeg bottom end. I'm using two, small, portable cabs and it's nice to know that I can compete with much larger equipment. Definitely a great buy.

Eminence Kappa Pro-15LF-2 15" Cast Frame Driver
I own the Delta-LF, Kappa-LF also. With a bigger magnet and cast frame, this speaker is heavier. But it delivers! This baby is very powerful! I can see these in a top of the line club speaker. Also they handle 600 wrms which is very impressive.
Dayton PF385-8 15" Cast Frame Driver 4" VC
I've blown Peavy, PAS, JBL, and Electrovoice and replaced them all with Dayton. They have been slamin' creating hair shaking bass with the responsive punch you would expect with a high dollar speaker.

Pyle Pro PPA15 15" PA Speaker
Using the speaker for a bass amp. Great solid tone with lots of punch.
Eminence Delta Pro-15A 15" Cast Frame Driver

Eminence Delta-15A 15" Driver 8 Ohm
Been using this particular speaker for years in custom built-3way cabs, just loaded an 8-15" with horns 2-way array, & had no doubts what I wanted to put in them........pro-delta 15A's
Eminence Kappa-15LFA 15" Low Frequency Driver 8 Ohm
I own both the Delta and the Kappa LFs. The Kappa's are actually louder. I rate the Kappa slightly better but it weighs more. Use the Delta if you want a lightweight speaker. If your speaker is not going to be moved around a lot than use the Kappa or better yet the Kappa pro!
Eminence Gamma-15A-2 15" Driver 8 Ohm
This speaker delivers a chrisper sound and deeper bass.
Eminence Delta-15LFA 15" Low Frequency Driver
This is a good woofer if you are building a pro box or just upgrading your woofer. It will do well as a main or monitor. It's lighter than the Kappa but at a better price.

Selenium 15SWS800 15" 800W Subwoofer

JBL 2226H 15" High-Power LF Driver 8 Ohm
JBL pro produces the only drivers that combine fantastic tonal quality, dynamic and reliability. their know how is legendary especially when it comes to 15" drivers. At this price this is a steal to own professional quality large studio monitor components. The true quality of the 2226 expresses itself in the lower mid/upper bass register: it sets it apart from the competition as its definition is physically incredible and natural. Low midrange becomes real. I use them with JBL 2241 for enhanced subwoofer, 2446 and 2382 midrange and JBL tweeters in a 4 ways system. Electronic cross overs Rane AC23B, power Bryston, sources CD and LP Linn.

Eminence Kappa-15C 15" Driver 4 Ohm
I used this for a project bass guitar cabinet with two 8" 8ohm speakers (2ohms total, but could be wired for 8 ohms).
Very fast for a 15, does not sound muddy at all! Not as much low end as a subwoofer, but it's comperable to most high end comercial bass cabinets. Roll off with my 5 string down to low B is gradual and musical, the slope doesn't drop sharply like some smaller bass amps I've played. Extream low end response would probably have been better if I had built a larger cabinet. If you play a four sting, this speaker will have all the bass you could ever want (in a typical ported cabinet). Quality and perfomance is top shelf.
An excellent choice for bass guitar cabs and one of the few available if you need a 4ohm 15. Most bassist playing modern musical styles will want to add a tweeter or two smaller woofers to flesh out the high end. It sounds okay by itself, but I like to hear more of the upper tone color of my instrument.

Eminence Kappalite 3015LF Neo 15" Driver
The 3015LF has it all: very light weight, accepts the rated 450 watts input without exceeding Xmax, and ideal for horn or reflex loading. Displacement is 846 mL at Xmax.
Reflex performance is F3=44 Hz in 5.0 cubic feet. 4-string bassists can use the full 450 watts, but 5-string players are limited to about 180 watts before exceeding Xmax.
For bass horns, the 3015LF is optimal in 24~30" wide Titan 48 horns. 30" wide is better if you have the pack space.

Eminence Alpha-15A 15" Driver
I used it in a Martin J King designed open baffle speaker. I gives good bass down to 40hz.
Goldwood GW-1538/PA 15" Guitar Speaker
seems to be great product / inexpensive, but quality does not reflect this. very happy with choice of this speaker.
Selenium 15WS600 15" 600W Woofer
The construction is solid, but the power handling is only good for medium-sized concert PA systems. If you plan on using this woofer to the full extent of it's power handling capabilities, I suggest a high-pass crossover and running it along-side a subwoofer. The WS600 starts to scrape with subwoofer program material at just a couple hundred watts.

Selenium WPU1507-SLF 15" Driver
I have six of these. Two in Altec A7 cabinets and four in the A4 cabinets. They are an honest driver. I have to keep them outside in the garage so moisture was a concern but they live up to their description. I am a tough critic so giving them 4 of 5 means I am very happy.
EV EVX-155 15" Extended LF Speaker
For hi-fi, DJ, club, or bass guitar, this driver can not be beat. It excels in rear horn loaded applications. Very efficient and linear. If you want accurate, resounding bass response, this is it.

Goldwood GW-15120 15" Deluxe PA Woofer
I bought 8 of these to replace lower powered Eminence drivers in single 15" subwoofer boxes for P.A./ DJ applications. These things thump, sound very clean and tight, and I haven't blown one yet. Great value in my opinion!
Eminence Kilomax Pro-15A 15" Cast Frame Driver
I had 2 of these in scoops running off of the Europower ep2500 and they took all 2500 watts (with 35hz subsonic filter active) and never complained. Loud, tight, and fairly cheap, what more could you ask for. One thing though, they don't like super low bass, make sure you use a filter.

Eminence Kappalite 3015 Neo 15" Driver
Great single speaker for a small bass cab. Handles the low B just fine on my fiver.
Eminence Kappa-15A 15" Driver 8 Ohm

Eminence Deltalite II 2515 Neo 15" Driver

Eminence Delta-15B 15" Driver 16 Ohm
This is speaker you need if you are replacing the 15 inch 16 ohm driver in a Leslie 147/247 cabinet. Excellent price compared to other Hammond/Leslie specific repair sites.

Peavey 15" Low Rider Subwoofer
Bulletproof! I used two of these for my home stereo (one in each box) with very pleasing results. I had originally designed the box for the JBL 2235H, but was not able to find a pair. Box is a vented box 6 cubic feet, with two 4" ports tuned to 34 Hz (4.9" long). F3 is is about 37 Hz, which may not seem to be the best choice for home audio, but it has enough bottom end that is smooth, tight, and clean.
I am very pleased with these drivers.

Peavey 1508-8 15" Pro Rider CU CP Subwoofer
I built a 4.2 c. f. vented cab. with a pair of 4" precision flared ports and 1/2 " dampenning material. nIt shakes the windows right off the frames. I am using a QSC- RMX 1450 bridged at 50% volume capacity. A great addition to my dj system my next move will be to purchase a dayton 1000 watt plate amp and install it in the cabinet. What a great investment!
Peavey 1508-8 CU BWX 15" Woofer
I used them to replaced a couple of speakers that had a lot of years on them as part of a DJ system that is now serving as a home theatre system (on steroids ya know). They sound great in 5 cu ft vented enclosures.

Selenium 15W10P-Nd 15" Neodymium Woofer
As an experiment, we gutted a cheap Crate BT215E 2x15 bass cab, (about $250) added some internal fuselage-style bracing and replaced the OEM speakers with two of these.
Awesome! ...Old school power and tone in a VERY lightweight cab! These things blow most bass speakers away. With the Fs around 40 ( actually 43. something) they reproduce low notes down to low E with clarity and "piano-like" definition.
Later, we decided to try installing some cheap piezos, just because we had them around the shop. Once we had the attenuation right, (about 50% with an L-Pad) those cheap Crate speaker cabs sounded like full range speakers costing three times the price.
The great thing is the sound, but when you can lose twenty pounds per cab you get a huge bonus. These speakers are a great choice for bass cab replacement.
half the weight, twice the power-handling...
good trade!
