Very good value for a super price. This 15" didn't have the quite the same thump of the original in my Fisher ST 550 I replaced but was adequate.Lighter weight might have to do with it. Still a decent replacement woofer at a great price.

Dayton DC380-8 15" Classic Woofer
I purchased a pair as replacements for the original woofers in my old Mach 2 speaker systems which were suffering from foam rot. The Daytons deliver superior bass to the factory drivers. Some modifications were required in order for the Daytons to fit in the cabinets, but it was well worth the effort. If you have a pair of these speakers with foam rot, and are somewhat handy, you might want to consider a pair of these woofers as replacements. I was very impressed with the depth and accuracy of the bass output...far superior to what the factory drivers produced.

Dayton ST385-8 15" Series II Woofer
I have two designs for use with a digital organ subwoofer (pedal stops from 32 Hz down to 16 Hz) using the Dayton 295-130. When performance requires fundamental down below 30 Hz, this is the only way I know to provide that acoustic power realistically at a reasonable cost.

This speaker has all the makings of what could be a great subwoofer but falls short when it actually comes to producing deep bass. I played with this woofer in several different enclosures and while it is quite efficient and punchy it runs out of steam on the low passages. Go for the dayton DVC instead.

I used this as a replacement for my radio shack mach two 3 way system. The originals saw 21 years of use.
I am giving five stars all the way around. The only problem I ran into was modifying the cabinet to take on this woofer. The cabinet had to have the woofer
area opened up a bit. The sound is clean with good bass responce. well worth the price

i bought these for my fathers realistic mach twos for his birthday, and i was pleased with the sound and house shaking bass i got out of these. i was also amazed of how low its fs is. i recomend to who ever needs a oem replacement they should order this product!
