Goldwood GW-210/8 10" OEM Woofer 8 Ohm
Your replacement woofers saved a pair of vintage pioneer speakers from a trip to the dump (landfill). The speakers sound as good as,or better than when i bought them 30+ years ago. Thanks for the cheap fix. Every garage needs a decent sound system.

Dayton DC250-8 10" Classic Woofer
I used 2 of these for my HT room, each in a 2.2 cubic foot box with a 3" by 12" port out the back. For only 23$ they sound real nice and clean, and play plenty low for me (they hit a solid 25hz in room). They are not SPL monters by any means. The only downfall to this speaker is there lack of Xmax, enabling them to play low notes at LOUD volumes.

Goldwood GW-10PC-40-8 10" Heavy Duty Woofer 8 Ohm
This driver has pretty good sound, but i think the SPL might be a little optimistic, as it's just not keeping up with tweeters that are rated at 90 dB. Pad your tweeters down, or buy some with a lower sensitivity rating than these and you'll probably be ok. Other than the sensitivity, they're really nice for the price, solidly built, nice frame, decent quality binding posts, etc. I would recommend them for a project on a budget, but not if you need top of the line output.

Pioneer W25GR31-51F 10" Butyl Surround Woofer
I used a pair of these woofers in a classic style speaker project and are used as mains in my HT.They have rubber surrounds, vented pole pieces and 2" coils=flat response and low distortion so I recommend using them in a ported box.
Don't let the brand or price fool you...these woofers kick some serious bass.

|
Goldwood GW-1034 10" Butyl Surround Woofer 4 Ohm
Had I known that this speaker required a 4 cu.ft. box (which was spelled out in the paper catalog I received, but *not* online) I would have chosen another speaker. Having said that, this one ought to sound stunning in an isobaric configuration in my 2 cu.ft. boxes. Just a lot more work.
The moral? Take your time. Order the catalog before you buy. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with my first order from Parts Express

Goldwood GW-1038 10" Butyl Surround Woofer 8 Ohm
Doesn't quite handle the power I wanted it to. But a good value and overall a decent speaker.

Dayton RS270S-8 10" Reference Shielded Woofer 8 Ohm
This driver has very clean bass. It even makes an excellent subwoofer. Really!

|
Peerless 830634 10" SLS Woofer
Wow, I have been looking for replacement woofers for my Ess Amt 4 speakers because when I got these someone had put some cheap radio shack woofers in them and these are fantastic. If anyone out there needs new woofers for this speaker, these are the ones. They will fit in the recessed mounting perfect and sound great with deep bass.

Pioneer A25FU20-53F 10" Woofer
very bad in overall everthing the power handling is way below what is on the product
|
|
Morel MW-1075 10" Woofer
This is an excellent driver for use in a COBSS speaker system, sub or full range unit.

|
Usher 1001B 10" Paper Cone Woofer
I tried this product in lieu of re-foaming the woofers in my Alon II Mark 2s. A little sterile sounding at first, after a week or so of break-in these speakers now noticeably exceed their original (high) level of musicality.

HiVi D10.8 10" Poly Cone Woofer
Used In Open Baffle & ported box as sub.
Decent quality unit, good sound, deep bass.

Aurum Cantus AC-250F1 10" Woofer
I am currently running two of these in a push/pull vented sub woofer cabinet. Volume is 2.4 cubic feet, and cross over is 18 db butterwoth at 150 hz. The frequency response is quite remarkable. The three decibel rolloff occurs at around 19 herz! So far they have performed flawlessly for about one year, and I do occasionaly "put them to the test". I would buy these again.

Aurum Cantus AC-250MKII 10" Carbon Fiber Sandwich Woofer
i damaged 4 units, trying to use them as subs.

|
10" Square Frame Paper Cone Woofer Black
This 10" speaker fit perfectly in my really old Pioneer speakers that had completely lost the the surrounds. These speakers definitely restored the punch in the low end.
|
|
HiVi F10 10" Woofer
This is a nice speaker building subwoofer projects and also for building a 3/4 way system for home entertainment of music that requres a strong bass. The bass is deep and tight and represent good value for money. What more could you ask for. Go ahead and check this woofer out.
