Jantzen 0.35mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
The only problem with this product is having to wrap the inductor with mylar tape. The speaker project I completed sounds great! I used speakers I had hooked-up before with an off the shelf crossover and packed away in disgust when the sound was terrible.
Jantzen 0.30mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
inductor used in 6db/octave x-over. works as it should. a pair of them used in upgrading cheap outdoor speakers is proportionatley high compared to the overall cost of the speakers and the other upgrades (changed capacitor on tweeter and attenuated tweeter w/ l-pad). this is the .30mH cheapest inductor available from parts express. worth it. no multi-driver loudspeaker should be w/o xover.

Jantzen 0.50mH 18 AWG Air Core Inductor
Jantzen makes good products. This is manufactured well.
Jantzen 2.0mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
I tried out 3 different 12" woofer's with this inducter trying to make a decision , there was no distortion in all 3. With 160 high current w/ch it works flawlessly.
Jantzen 3.0mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
I wish the label they put on the outside was affixed a little better. It has a tendency to come off with the protective wrapping put on for shipment.
Jantzen 2.0mH 18 AWG Air Core Inductor
There isn't anything to compare this with. There aren't any others, that I can see, that are 18 AWG to compare it with. Although I think Jantzen makes good products.
Jantzen 0.95mH 18 AWG Air Core Inductor
If you can measure and match them fairly precisely (inductance AND DCR) then these are great replacement for the cheap iron/ferrite core inductors found in many commercial speakers. DIYers who build their speakers from the ground up - why use anything else? Perhaps you could do better with foil or litz based coils but be prepared to pay dearly for it.
Bottom line: Excellent product, great price/performance ratio - I couldn't be more pleased.
Jantzen 1.0mH 15 AWG Air Core Inductor
I have used Jantzen air core inductors and they the best one around. I have tried other brands but so far Jantzen is the best and I would recommend it to everyone and will also continue to use them.

Jantzen 0.80mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
Jantzen products are all well made. Onley thing I wish was that their label was a little better. Sometimes they come off with the protective wrapping that is put on.
1.5mH 14 AWG Perfect Layer Inductor
Came packaged securely, well-constructed, measured value was dead-on. Note: The DCR for this value measured 0.40 ohms versus the advertised 0.28 ohms.
Jantzen 0.10mH 18 AWG Air Core Inductor
I like these inductors, but I wish they used a plastic label with more adhesive so that it stays affixed to the product better.

0.60mH 18 AWG Perfect Layer Inductor
Substituted This Inductor For The Jantzen Inductor (Out Of Stock) For The Tri Trix Project! I Have No Complaints Whatsoever. The Woofers Function Nicely And The Overall Sound Of The Tri Trix Speaker Is Very Very Nice. This Is One Nice Speaker Project. I Am More Then Pleased. I Can't Say Enough About All The Components Used In The Making Of The Speaker Set!

Winding and varnishing quality is high. Inductance was within 1% for all 4 pieces I ordered.
0.80mH 14 AWG Perfect Layer Inductor
This was the most expensive of the crossover upgrades I've done. But it made an obvious and immediate improvement over the factory original ferrite core inductor.
0.80mH 18 AWG Perfect Layer Inductor
Used this coil along with other Erse coils in a 3rd order butterwoth crossover design! Items have performed well for a great sound on both the low and high pass sides!
1.0mH 14 AWG Perfect Layer Inductor
Ordered a total of 4 these and they all measured within 2% of the published specification, which is actually quite good. They do what they are supposed to do at a reasonable price for the wire gauge.
Made in the USA was a big plus for me.

Jantzen 0.10mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
I bought this inductor to build me an speaker impedance compensation network for my 8 ohm speakers that have 2 5.25" woofers, and 1 0.75" doom tweeter to incorporated with my speaker's existing crossover network that have a manufacture design flaw that causes tweeters to burn out with an 80 watt per channel audio amplifier that was caused by low impedance at the tweeter upper audio frequency range, and my speakers are suppose to be rated at 150 watts. My 8 ohm speakers from 5000 Hertz to 20000 Hertz drops down from 8 to 3.3 ohms impedance in which my speakers sound very tiny like too much treble and it cause my tweeter to fail.
I use this 100uh inductor to for my speaker's impedance compensation network incorporated with my design flaw crossover, and I ran my 80 watt per channel audio amplifier for 8 hours at maximum power, and that 100uh inductor performed very well, and it did not even get warm; plus it gave my speakers a excellent loud sound without too much tiny or treble sound, and my tweeter didn't blow out.
If you're planning to build passive crossovers or impedance compensation networks for 150 watt speakers in the tweeter section, this type of inductor is excellent to use.

10mH 18 AWG Perfect Layer Inductor
We are not using this inductor as you normally would. This inductor is used as an output coil for a magnetic pulser as in electro-medical device as in alternative healing methods as in Dr. Bob Beck protocol. Bob Beck invented the original electronic flash to replace disposable photographic flash bulbs. Our unit creates a pulsating magnetic field that can penetrate about 10 inches of body tissue. It is handing up to 15 pulses a seconds and after 10 minutes gets very hot to the touch. The output is approx. 50 kilogauss. At this time we turn it off and let it cool down. We have encapsulated it in epoxy resin with a handle added to make a wand. The north side of the magnetic field it produces is applied to diseased parts of the body. We have had great success with this part and the amplifier pulser unit that drives it. Parts Express is the only company where we have been able to obtain this part. The inductor is very nicely built and tightly wound. Thank you Parts Express!!!

Jantzen 0.44mH 18 AWG Air Core Inductor
Good tight windings, rather thin overall coating, would like to see a second dip in laquer.
Jantzen 0.45mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
The coils on my cheap, generic, crossovers were made of snips and snails and puppy-dogs' tails. I can't complain too much because the crossovers were so inexpensive, they were practically free. Ironically - at four bucks - Jantzen 20s are an amazingly inexpensive component for a second-order high-end crossover that needs a coil to go with the cap. Honestly, I can't believe I only paid $4 for this part, which is not Jantzen's top coil but practically overqualified for this job. It ran laps around what I had, making it a great bargain for the price.

Jantzen 0.47mH 15 AWG Air Core Inductor

Jantzen 0.50mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
Use this inductor in a third-order high-pass 2,000 Hz crossover with a C1=6.8 and C2=20 Uf solen capacitor for a 12" woofer- to- horn topology with crossover wired between woofer and horn, with no low-pass section. Am using the speaker as a monitor in a rock band and have about 300 watts into 8 ohms running through them with NO distortion what-so-ever! Have been using them for about 2-years now with complete confidence! For the price, I don't think you will find a better inductor. Highly recommended!

Jantzen 2.7mH 15 AWG Air Core Inductor
Well made with tightly wound coils solidly glued together. However, as with most inductors on the market, the value in mH is actually lower than specified (2.54 against 2.7). Since the R value is lower too (0.54 vs 0.59 Ohms) than the specs, this suggests some coils are missing that would have been needed to arrive at the proper value. Thus medium rating for peformance.
Present copper prices are around 3.5 $/Lbs, so this coil represents a bit over 5 dollars worth of copper. Thus a 3 for value.
Jantzen 3.0mH 18 AWG Air Core Inductor
Used this Inductor on the low pass side of a 3-way design using a 7" reference driver. Inductor does its job and functions as advertised. Can't ask for anything more!!!
