Presensitized PC Board 4" x 6" Single Sided is rated 4.4444 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to useI bought 2 of the 4x6 boards. I like the fact that you print the circuit to a transparency exactly as you need it . I used a laser jet printer and 3M 3300 transparency film , and adobe illustrator to do the art work . With this combination , I was able to produce excellent /clean traces down to a 1/64th of an inch . ( I have done this a time or two --- 1/32 is a sure thing always). The instructions say you do not need an exposure box. While this may be true and work , I used a box with backlight bulbs . You have to use a piece of glass to keep the transparency flat against the circuit board. For faster developing .... Use heated water with the developer. I soaked a bottle of ferric chloride in hot water to heat it up as well --- works much faster. DO wear safety equipment - the developer and FC will burn your eyes .......Now , back to the drawing board to make more stuff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Developer is available at this storePart # 340-144.I've never made a pcb board before in my life. The entire process, (exposing, developing, etching, tinning) took less than 2 hours on my first try. Better yet, the results look amazing, everything worked perfectly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard to mess upThese are the easiest to use. Make up circuits using Eagle Cad, or whatever. Get some 3M CG3300 transparencies. An alright laser printer, like a brother HL-5240(what I use). Print circuits to transparencies, lie over exposed presensitized boards, expose under a fluorescent light. I use a Lithuania FM54 BL CH, one of those two circular florescent jobs. Expose 7 to 8 minutes, in the very middle and 6 to 8 inches from light. Mix your developer, be sure and heat everything up in the nuker to around 125F to 140F, including etchant when ready. Drop board in developer, cold rinse, drop in etchant. Works for me everytime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Perfectly. You need to follow directions!!!!After you expose the Pre-sensitised board to the artwork for 15-20 minutes depending on your light source. These boards are very forgiving! You need to remove them from the light and place them in a pan of Developer which is not available from this store! POSITIVE DEVELOPER!! Mixing the developer with very hot tap water will yield your results in about 25 seconds!End of story now go and etch them with Ferric Chloride available at RAT SHACK.Not that hard folks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Experimentation Needed, Great Results PossibleI print my PCB art on Grafix Computer-Printable Transparent Plastic Sheets (non-adhesive). Stack two prints carefully for maximum density. You can easily feel the rough surface of the sheet to print on.I expose Parts Express Datak 4X6 boards 15 min. on a fluorescent light box with 20 watt bulb, centering board over bulb. This is my personal setting. You just have to try some small boards until you get your personal settings.Mix 1/2 bottle of Datak developer in Pyrex cup with 1/2 cup water and heat in the microwave for one minute. Again, this works for me personally; you'll probably have to tweak it.Development goes fast. Have cold water running, and pull and rinse the board to stop it as soon as large areas start clearing. Make several immersions.Etching solution (ferric chloride) is widely available on the Internet. Etch with agitation in a shallow plastic container and with the board facing down. Periodically rinse board to clear partially etched copper. Etchant is very messy.
