Can I get down to 28-32 hz with just one of these? Box will be 3. Cubic ft
One of these ports in 3 cubic feet will provide a tuning frequency of 33 Hz.

from flare to flare how long would two of these have to be? the box will be a dual 18" tuned to 19hz and roughly 12 cubic feet.
Two of these ports in 22 cubic feet will need to be 14" long for that tuning frequency.

Volume of box is 4.06 Tuning frequency 34 Port diameter 6 inches Number of ports 1 It states straight length port required 11.846 flared length port required 12.845 I'm using the 6 inch aero-port kit. How long should the center tube be?
There is roughly 1" of straight tube on each port before the flare starts to curve. I would cut the tube to 10.8"-11" (rounding up) for the same tuning frequency.

6in aero port ppl say 17 and some say 18 for lengh so what,do i put in box calculator 17 or 18
The overall length measured from flare to flare is 18".

How much of the port do the 2 flares account for? I need 2 6 inch ports 12" long. If the tube is 12", how much is the 2 flares? Should I cut the tube down 3-4 inches?
Both flares will account for roughly ~3" of length, so this will need to be removed from the tube to achieve a 12" length.

How much internal volume will this port take up at max length?
This will take up about 0.21 cubic feet at its max length.
