Will this port work with 4 Rockford 8" p2
Yes this will be large enough, but the length can only be determined by the enclosure volume and tuning frequency you are after.

I'M actually neediNH about 19 inches of port? Is there any way to order extra parts
We do actually have additional tubes and connection rings available, but this 6" port has an overall length of 18 already. The additional 1" will hardly make a difference in the end result but you can see the additional parts below.http://www.parts-express.com/precision-port-psp-6tb-6-dia-x-12-long-port-tube--268-390http://www.parts-express.com/precision-port-psp-6rg-6-connecting-ring-for-port-tube--268-388

If my box vulome is 4.5 and I am using 1 full 6" port tube what will the tuned frequency be? I'm shootin for 28-30 hz? Or what volume will it have to be to get that tunning?
One of these ports in that volume will tune the enclosure to 28 Hz.
