Pioneer TS-W304R 12" 1300W Mobile Audio Subwoofer 4 Ohm
Would this sub make a suitable home theatre sub? I know that it is essentially a car product but would it be able to go below 20hz in a ported box?
In a nutshell, no. This driver has very limited excursion and very large box volume requirements. A large box will allow for a low tuning frequency, but the amount of output you will be able to get will be severely limited by excursion. In the recommended vented box for this woofer, you could not feed it more than 10-15 watts without reaching excursion limits.

With a listed sealed box volume of 7.11 Cu/ft per woofer, would two of these work as infinite baffle subs with my 14 Cu/ft trunk as the box? If so would rms power be reduced at all? Thanks
Yes these will work as a free air type subwoofer. Power handling will not be reduces but you will want to keep an eye on excursion levels at higher volumes.
