from Needs a design revisionThe mounting holes are places as poorly as could possibly be. Between the rounded corners and the tucked-in mounting holes, the opening you have to cut in a cabinet to mount these plates is very tricky; those with only hand tools will be very challenged. If the mounting holes were 8 in qty, and moved approx 1/2" inward from the corners and closer to exterior boundary, these issues would be completely gone. Corner holes for mounting anything are rarely a good idea.Unfortunately, the dimensioned drawing does not detail the location and size of the mounting holes, so this was not something that could have been determined before ordering.

from Did OKThe hole for the NL4 socket optimally uses #6 screws, but the holes in the dish were slightly undersized so I had to drill them out - no big deal. At first I thought it was designed to accept metric sizes (figures...), but the drill displaced that thought.

from Look ma.. it's a pre-punched steel input dish!!I bought these to replace the dishes on some bi-amped floor monitors that only had one connector per dish. These have holes for two Neutrik NL4MP connectors so I can daisy chain monitors. They also have two 1/4" holes for either jacks, bi-amp switches or a combination of the two. My only complaint is that they only have 4 mounting holes per dish instead of 8.

from FUYAstudiosThese are great connection dishes. I use these on all my stage Subs. I mostly use the Speakon connectors but when you have 4 conductor wire running to these it's great to daisy chain off and also give a separate line for lows and highs.
