HiVi RT2-Pro Planar Isodynamic Tweeter
The RT2 Pro is a very advanced planar transducer, unique in offering high sensitivity but yet still maintaining superior horizontal dispersion. Built on the same foundation as the rest of the Hi-Vi planar tweeters, it offers the same outstanding high frequency performance. The high sensitivity is achieved by suspending a precisely etched aluminum diaphragm between a very strong field of neodymium bar magnets. With a much stronger field than conventional planar drivers, a much higher output can be achieved. This high performance drive element is combined with a one-piece brushed aluminum faceplate to provide a very professional look that is superior in both form and function.
